Our Story
A family-run café with regulars at its heart
Phat Bellies Cafe started as a simple idea — cook proper breakfasts, fresh to order, and serve them like you're feeding family. That hasn't changed. Every roll, omelette and full English is made when you order it, never sitting under a heat lamp.
What makes it special is the people. The regulars who pop in for their usual, the staff who remember how you like your tea, the morning chats over a fry-up. It's the kind of place where strangers become familiar faces.
We've recently added a deli counter too — fresh salads, cold cuts and bits to take home — so you can grab something for later on your way out.

Best breakfast in Coalville, hands down. The portions are huge and everything's cooked fresh to order. The staff know your name by the second visit.
Proper bacon butty and a cracking cuppa. Friendly place, fair prices, and the new deli counter is a lovely touch.
